Business Operations and Analysis Program Manager

PAE is seeking a new senior level, Business Operations and Analysis and Program Manager as part of their Corporate Security leadership team. The BOA PM will report to PAE’s Corporate Director of Security and Counterintelligence and be responsible for the day to day implementation, measurement and analysis of Security business operations.  Those duties will include collecting and evaluating program performance data and metrics, providing routine performance reports, building productivity standards, managing security budget allocations, acting as the primary focal point for continuous improvement efforts/engagement, and serving as the program manager for all IT related business tool enhancements and integration.  The successful candidate will work hand in hand with other PAE Senior Security Managers and their respective team focal points to ensure full integration and accountability across all PAE programs. 

Required:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Must possess and/or be willing to pursue a USG clearance at the secret level or higher
  • MBA or combination of Bachelor’s degree with a equivalent business operations experience
  • Must have at least 5-8 years of business management experience
  • Must be super proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong analytical and business presentations skills
  • PMP certification and Lean six sigma certified (or relevant experience)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • The candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Able to interpret requirements and work independently 

Desired

  • Strong working knowledge of DoD NISPOM and Intelligence Community security policy
  • Strong working knowledge of PAE Business areas (GMS and NSS), and PAE Security related programs
  • Strong working knowledge of USG personnel security clearance process and suitability standards
