Crane Program Manager

PAE is looking for a Crane Program Manager to support one of its DOD customers in Guam:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the business and operational aspects of the crane program; managing costs, budget, and schedules of all crane program projects and services.
  • Supervise exempt and non-exempt personnel, providing hands-on leadership, oversight and guidance on technical and operational matters, and career growth opportunities to the department.
  • Oversee staffing and personnel management duties. 
  • Develop, implement and maintain the Crane Operation programs. 
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations and maintain delivery of high-quality work and services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of CDRL’s requirement. 
  • Provide customer liaison, and partner closely with Government Counterparts to meet the Company's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have fifteen (15) years of experience in working directly with heavy equipment and cranes and ten (10) years of direct experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in government contracting or a BOSC work environment. 
  • Must have highly developed leadership, technical, organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written, oral and presentation) skills. 
  • Must be able to manage multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and across all levels of the organization. 
  • Must be able to effectively manage subordinates, projects, and workflow. 
  • Must be able to maintain close, professional and service-oriented relationships with Government counterparts and customers. 
  • Must be able to interpret instructions and reports. 
  • Must be certified by the Navy Crane Center (NCC).
