Facilities Team Lead

Job Description


The OCONUS Facilities Team Lead is required to conduct site surveys with government representative to develop project plans for potential facilities projects. The Facilities Team lead will develop a cost proposal and bill of material (SOM) for each project, and will be responsible for purchasing all specified materials and delivering them to the government facility or jobsite depending on the requirement.

The OCONUS Facilities Team Lead shall demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
  • Strong oral and written communications and interpersonal skills

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma of GED
  • Minimum five (5) years management experience in USG overseas construction services.
  • Minimum two (2) consecutive years of supervisory experience and senior level experience in one of the following trades: Electrician, HVAC, Plumbing, or Carpentry.
  • Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
