Financial Manager (Jr, Mid,Sr, Principle)

PAE National Security Solutions, is looking for Financial Managers ,Multiple Levels, supporting the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Hill Air Force Base-Ogden, Utah.  This will be supporting the Integration Support Contract (ISC) 2.0.  Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) weapon systems. 

 

Candidate Must have an Active SECRET Level or Higher security clearance at time of application.  

  

Duties:   

• Manages and responsible for success of assigned programs.
• Appropriately monitors and reviews accounts
• Demonstrates knowledge of the principles, methods and practices associated with the field.
• Assesses compliance of financial management systems.
• Assists programs with accountability for use of funds. 

Qualifications:

Not required, but CFA, CPA, CFP, CGFM, CDFM desirable 

  • Clearance Requirements:    

  • Must have an Active SECRET or Higher    

    

Jr Level Requirements: 

• BA or BS degree in related field + 4 years of related experience;
• MS degree in related discipline + 2 years of related experience;
• PHD in related field

• Bachelor's degree required in financial management-related discipline such as accounting, finance, statistics, economics, analytics

• Assists with general business operations while following general financial guidelines and accounting rules.
• Under supervision, assesses products and procedures for compliance with government standards and sound financial management principles.
• Maintains financial records and files.
• Prepares financial reports and routine presentations.

Mid Level Requirements: 

• BA or BS degree in related field + 4 years of related experience;
• MS degree in related discipline + 2 years of related experience;
• PHD in related field

• Master's degree preferred  in financial management-related discipline,
• Possesses Journeyman-level proficiency in accounting, finance, statistics, economics, analytics, business administration, public administration, law, etc.

Sr Level Requirements: 

• BA or BS degree in related field + 6 years of related experience;
• MS degree in related discipline + 4 years of related experience;
• PHD in related field

• Master's degree or PHD preferred in related discipline
• Possesses expert-level proficiency in finance, accounting, forecasting, or data analysis, etc

• Generates professional, detailed financial statements.
• Conducts a broad and complex variety of accounting, budget, and financial related analyses.
• Creates analyses, prepares reports, maintains budget related items, and provides recommendations when necessary.
• Resolves complex financial, accounting, and budget problems.
• Serves as the project manager for a team of financial analysts by creating project plans and delegating responsibilities.
• Has demonstrated supervisory and managerial experience
• Leads and directs staff, manages financial and budgetary activities of the program.

Principal Level Requirements: 

• BA or BS degree in related field + 8 years of related experience;
• MS degree in related discipline + 6 years of related experience;
• PHD in related field

• Master's degree or PHD preferred in related discipline
• Possesses expert level proficiency in finance, accounting, forecasting, data analysis, etc.

• Generates professional, detailed financial statements.
• Conducts a broad and complex variety of accounting, budget, and financial related analyses.
• Creates analyses, prepares reports, maintains budget related items, and provides recommendations when necessary.
