Program Deployment Specialist

PAE is looking for individuals to work on our U.S. government client’s site and assist government personnel with preparations for hostile deployments, to include developing strategies, plans, and reporting metrics. The administrative duties entail communications with selected individuals, their supervisors, program managers, selection officials, deployment partners, and stakeholders to fully prepare and support deploying personnel.


  • •       Ensure data integrity (100% accuracy) and maintenance of approximately 450-550 annually deploying personnel profiles and records using web-enabled tools and existing technology
  • •       Records management for scheduling and accountability with daily input data into government systems
  • •       Coordination and sharing of information regarding movement and scheduling of deploying personnel with the DRC Accountability team and other stakeholders
  • •       Deployment processing to include briefing requirements and pertinent information, scheduling appointments, travel arrangements, and trouble-shooting
  • •       Schedule Combatant Commands (COCOM) required administrative training and appointments and maintain an accurate deployment checklist
  • •       Provide assistance, communication, and anticipate requirements to enable successful outcomes to deployed personnel
  • •       Provide assistant to returning personnel in completing return scheduling and transportation requirements

Required skills

  • •       TS/SCI with poly
  • •       3 years of experience
  • •       Demonstrated experience in updating personnel databases
  • •       Experience in preparing briefings and presentations; scheduling appointments; preparing for training activities
  • •       Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite products, including web content management systems (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint)
  • •       Able to cope with a changing environment and short deadlines
  • •       Experience in organizational leadership, oral and written communication, and organization representation
