Program Manager, Senior

Duties, Experience, Skills, Requirements, and Information: This position acts as overall manager and administrator with respect to contract requirements. The position serves as the primary interface and point of contact with the (COR) on technical program/project and contract administration issues.

    • Plans, directs, or coordinates the operations of the contract.
    • Formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
    • Supervises program/project operation by developing engineering, technical and management procedures and controls, planning and directing project execution, monitoring, and reporting progress.
    • The work requires management or acquisition experience and employment of program/project resources and controls, management of the financial and administrative aspects of the program/project.
    • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in performing the stated functions.
    • A minimum of 5 years of the stated total managing a technical organization
    • Ability to work well as a team and as an individual with minimal supervision.
    • Must possess a valid driver’s license
    • All candidates will be required to pass Drug Screenings

Education Required:

    • A Master’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university.
    • In lieu of MS Degree, a BS degree in business or an engineering discipline (aerospace, chemical, civil, computer, electrical, electronics, industrial, materials, mechanical, nuclear) from an accredited college or university and a total of 15 years’ experience in performing the stated functions.

Security Clearance(required):

    • Ability to obtain and maintain US DoD Secret Security clearance, throughout employment.

Working Conditions will vary. Most work is performed in enclosed buildings, but some outside work may be required. Work will include sitting, standing, walking, lifting and reaching. Applicant should be capable of lifting 50-100 lbs. assisted by other employees. Vision abilities needed to perform this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus
