Security Analyst Senior

A security analyst senior will provide adjudicative support to a government customer in a dynamic and challenging environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated analytical ability and the ability to handle a medium to large, semi complex workload
  •  Demonstrated high level of personal integrity and the ability to discreetly handle sensitive, personal and classified case information
  • Ability to comprehend complex and multi-source data into succinct and supportable final reports
  •  Expertise with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704 regulations
  • Knowledge and ability to use computer operating systems/tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience performing adjudicative support
  • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
  • Ability to elicit information during an interview with minimal direction and work effectively with variety of individuals
  • Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  •  Demonstrated ability to provide on-the-job training to new team members and colleagues
  • Experience working in an environment with compartmented programs
  • Expertise in eliciting information, articulating information, and documenting information in a well-organized manner
  • Advanced ability to lead a team of security professionals encompassing multiple disciplines
  • Bachelor’s degree in security related study (or equivalent experience)
  •  5 years’ experience in adjudications
  •  Must possess TS/SCI clearance with polygraph at time of application
