Senior Inventory and Property Control Specialist

The Inventory Management and Property Control Specialist (Senior) is responsible for maintaining inventories of goods and materials for area of assignment;  will ensure that all relevant property is added to the accountable property system; create hard copy documentation for addition, adjustment and deletion of property for signature of accountable officer.  Prepare, issue and update hand receipts, conduct an annual inventory and document findings to the office of assignment.The scope of the Inventory Management and Property Control Specialist (Senior) includes overseeing the administration and control for the purchase of materials and services; directing the complete process for transporting people and goods; overseeing materials management within area of assignment; coordinating and planning facility services; managing funding issues and personnel resources; and administering all elements of multi-faceted programs.


•  High school diploma or GED
•  4 years of experience related to logistics, warehouse or property control
•  Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
