Steam, Hot Water and Demineralized Water System Manager

The primary duties of the Steam, Hot Water and Demineralized Water System Manager will include planning, directing and monitoring all aspects of small to medium water and wastewater treatment project with moderate degrees of technical complexity. More specifically, under the direction of a local project principal, the PM will be expected to independently lead and supervise teams of engineers, environmental specialists, and CAD and GIS professionals to develop master plans, designs, plans, specifications and estimates for water and wastewater pipeline projects and related systems. These responsibilities will include working with local leadership to establish project teams; establishing project schedules and responsibility assignments; developing project design criteria, schematics and methods; performing or overseeing process design, sizing and hydraulic calculations; preparing preliminary design and other engineering reports; determining and writing engineering specifications: overseeing the production of design drawings; developing and executing QA/QC plans for each project; and working directly with the owner to ensure that the project meets or exceeds the owner’s expectation. The manager will be expected to establish and maintain exceptional client relationships via effective communication, time management, responsiveness, and reliability.

Requirements

Steam, Hot Water, and Demineralized Water System Manager who is a registered professional engineer licensed by a U.S. state or territory with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in management of steam, hot water, demineralized water systems.
