Litigation Support Senior User Trainer

  • Work will primarily involve user training of the Environmental and Natural Resource Division (ENRD) attorney teams, staff and, contractors on the multitude of software used in the division.
  • This software includes; Relativity, ECapture, Equivio, Harvester, Nuix and TrialDirector.
  • The work will include the planning of agendas/schedules, compilation and establishing of training materials and courses as well as directing training sessions within the division.
  • Training sessions may also involve both webinars and phone conferences for smaller groups.
  • Will be involved in both new user training for oncoming staff as well as periodic refresher training for established division employees.  

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of current litigation support experience heavily focused on training with software applications.
  • Must have hands on advanced experience working with litigation support software including Relativity, ECapture, Equivio, Harvester, Nuix and/or TrialDirector.
  • Must have experience, knowledge, and comfort with daily Electronically Stored Information (ESI) processes.
  • Must have the ability to train others on litigation support software.
  • Must have the ability to support trials using TrialDirector when needed.
  • Should be a certified Relativity administrator (RCA).
  • Must be able to create, plan, and present training materials to both experienced users and less technical attorney teams.
  • Must have excellent communication and written skill.
