White Cell Project Coordinator

WHITE CELL PROJECT COORDINATOR (Operational Position)

The White Cell Project Coordinator provides day-to-day support and administration of assigned programs, to include the operational restrictions, safety, and security aspects. The White Cell Project Coordinator prepares correspondence, drafts Program Plans, Concept of Operations Plans, Operations Orders, Fragmentary Orders, and Warning Orders, prepares Ground Rules, and identifies resource requirements. The White Cell Project Coordinator ensures all documentation is compliant with statutory and regulatory requirements and other administrative directives. The White Cell Project Coordinator assists the White Cell Project Lead in developing procedures consistent with the policies of the DoD Red Team in regards to services required for program accomplishment. This includes developing program plans, project objectives, policies and ground rules, identifying constraints, and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities/Tasks - The White Cell Project Coordinator shall:

  • Perform all tasks assigned to the White Cell Project Lead in their absence.
  • Assist the White Cell Project Lead in the development of program requirements, assessment objectives, program metrics, and documentation required to obtain resources and services necessary to accomplish assessment operations.
  • Assist the White Cell Project Lead during all field assessment operations including developing operational restrictions, safety and security policies and procedures. Coordinate with Host Nation, Federal, State, and local authorities to ensure a safety net for assessment operations is in place prior to commencement.
  • Assist the White Cell Project Lead producing, revising, and maintaining necessary documentation of all personnel participating in field operations including travel documentation, physical descriptions, assessment props, contact information, and other data identified as necessary to support safety and security.
  • Assist the White Cell Project Lead in the preparation of activity reports including SITREPs, status reports, out briefs, Senior Leader briefs, Interim progress reports and briefs, white papers, After Action Reviews, Final Reports, Risk Analysis reports, and other documents necessary to convey assessment findings to customers, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist the White Cell Project Lead researching, developing, editing, and maintaining Program Plans, expansion proposals, assessment focus documents, program policies, ground rules, partner agreements, orders, and other documents required for performing DoD Red Team assessment operations for assigned Program.
  • Research, develop, revise, and maintain procedures and processes consistent with the policies of J10MA for performing required services on the assigned program.
  • Develop and review Program deliverables for accuracy and format.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma coupled with 6+ years’ experience; OR Bachelor’s degree coupled with 4+ years’ experience; OR a Master’s degree coupled with 2+ years’ experience.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance 
  • Experience in a supervisory role commensurate with the position description and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in understanding, analyzing and summarizing comprehensive and complex technical and research information/data.
  • Excellent analytical, communications-both oral and written, and project management experience.
